## What is Figments.nrw?
Figments.nrw is a free and open source solution for creating, teaching and learning with virtual reality. It enables you to create your own immersive learning environments, meet and collaborate with others in these spaces and teach interactive learning content.
You do not need to have a deep technical understanding to facilitate Figments.nrw in your own educational contexts - with a suite of authoring tools we hope to provide you with easy to understand instruments that enable you to import 3d-assets, build logical interactivity on top of them and create immersive worlds. For more information about the conceptual ideas behind Spaces, Figments and Assets as we understand them, see our [Concept](Features/Concept).
